What can I say I have a soft spot for anyone Mr. Urban plays ....even the jerk from Ghost Ship, Munder. What a gruesome way to go though....

I finally bought the Marie Antoinette soundtrack off of iTunes. I really should rewatch that lovely movie again soon. It was brilliant ( I also loved "The Duchess" as well it was a similar vibe, mostly the same but I love both!)

Had an awesome July 4th. I went to a bar-b-que, a baseball game that had the most awesome fireworks show Greeneville ever HAD! Anyone else have as much fun as I did?

I need more Reaper as Bones (as in the new Star Trek movie) fanfic Pronto! (I've just seen Doom for the first time *fans self*) You know though...It's WEIRD seeing a blond gal being called Sam that isn't being played by Amanda Tapping but instead Jane Bennet (Rosamund Pike)!

Watched Star Trek 2, 3 & 4 last night and the night before. OMG I loved them so hard! Also I can see why anyone would ship Kirk/Spock. Their friendship is just so epic! But I gotta tell ya....I', still a Bones girl. Bones is still my favorite character in either universe. Also I find that the TOS Uhura rocks! The new one?? Ugh! Can't stand her "I'm so much better than you are" attitude. She annoyed me when I seen the movie and every time I listen to the audiobook adaptation of the movie. You know what? She's perfect for that version of Spock I wish them happiness....as long as Kirk can have his Bones all will be right with the universe

I am SUCH a hormonal wreck right now! I just finished watching Harper's Island. And that's all I'm going to say because damnit! This is the first episode that really made me literally bawl like a baby *sniffles* *WAILS*

After days of wondering whether or not out local theater would take the 2 free tickets we got at K-Mart we are now set to go to see Transformers 2 on Friday....providing Mom doesn't have to work...if so I'm taking Daddy (hey at least we'll only have to pay for the snacks. I'm sneaking in Starbursts! Woohoo!) Also anxiously waiting for the day to melt down until I receive via download my pre-orders of the Transformers 2 soundtrack and score (oh my goodness the score from the first TF is so amazing!)

I can't stop myself from buying B&J's Raspberry Peach Cobbler! That stuff is sooo good. I'm gonna miss it when they discontinue it. BTW I also found the movie Sunshine for $4. I've heard mostly good things about it and for $4 it's about as much as rental so heck I thought I'd see for myself.

Listening to an audio excerpt of "The Strain". Man, Ron Perlman sends tingles up my spine! I've got to get this book!...But I'll only read it after I finish the transformers 2 Prequel novel....Then I'll save what Sookie books I do have for afterwards.

The Strain is NOT for Twilight fans heheheheh.

I was so bored today I thought I's scream. So I decided "What the heck. I'll go to Wal-mart!" And so I did I went there for a few things originally (They didn't have a Kirk action figure all that had were Cadet Chekov, Scotty and Cadet McCoy *fumes* Are they saying that Bones isn't as popular as Spock or Kirk! *fumesfumesFUMES*) But in the end I wandered around for a bit and guess what I found in the New Releases in DVD section?

I was so giddy I did not hesitate even a split second to pick it up and put it in my basket ($9.96!) Michael as Prissy Indiana Jones type Oh My Goodness There are so many *winkwinknudgenudge* "spot me if you can" Stargate references in it it makes me wonder if Daniel's Paternal great-GrandMother was named Susan Jordan (oddly enough she was originally named Sarah in the promo material *hah* Sarah Jordan *snerk*) with Dr. Jacob Thain being his Paternal great-GrandFather. Oh and you gotta love Dr. Thain's precious umbrella *glee*

And oh, did I mention Martouf is also a star? Hee!

I'm thinking Iron Maiden Part 5 will be rather short (also I'm thinking it's almost done...I think) and part 6 longer than most. Meaning I'll have to post Part 4 rather soon, maybe within the next few days? (I know I keep saying that but I get rather lazy with my writing sometimes.)

I'm sure he'll feel right at home taking care of King Eomer, Dernhelm, Legolas, Rogue, Scarlett (and the several Star Wars action figures! Oi!) the Leias and Lukes. Not to mention the ponies Pinkie Pie and Starsong, but at that point I think he's remind me that.. "Damnit, lady! I'm a Doctor, not a veterinarian!"

Did I mention his cadet tunic is made out of rubber? I can see they spared no expense on his abs and back! Me---ow! Also comes with a datapad, communicator,phaser,utility belt and hypospray *whee* and a gold Starfleet emblem stand (but he's doesn't seem to like it much. He just glared at me when I put him there. Insisting he can stand just find without it (which he can) But for now he's resenting me for the fact that I'm parading him around like a showhorse (Am not!) Promised him he can start his medical duties tomorrow. Now if he behaves himself I might find him a Captain Kirk next week! Jim, I think, is already going to hate me I think for not taking the hypospray away from Dr. McCoy. *grins*.

Gah! Finally. That took me ages.

Skipped doing any writing for the "Iron Maiden" series for a few days now but I think I'll get back to it later today or tomorrow. Don't worries Guys and Gals Part4 is safe as can be. I guess I'm waiting for a proper chapter name to pop into my head before I post it anywhere (I haven't written anything for so long until recently that I forgot I had ironmaiden_toni for the sole purpose of posting story chapters/news. Gah I really do need a decent icon of Daniel and Vala looking like their Toni and Virgil selves (Virgil 'Pepper" Potts, that is)


Blah don't mind me too much I'm tired and It's made me loopy. Maybe in a couple of days or so I'll Post some Kirk/McCoy story recs ( I gotta complain though where the Hell is the Gen fic for McCoy out there? It's rare!)....Yes I prefer McCoy to Kirk although I do find Kirk awesome as hell.

A telethon? Where the hell is my Harper's Island?? It comes on in less than 10 minutes (or should) It better not be airing this week because if there's one airing and I can't see it because that damned telethon. I will hurt somebody. Grrrr. I haven't missed a single episode yet and if I do because it's something I can't help there heads will roll! Ohhhh CBS/WJHL you better hope next weeks episode is the one that as supposed to air tonight or I'll scream.

ETA: Blergh I just checked. It seems that the Sat. night prime time show will be running after the telethon (ends at 11 pm) so Harper's Island for my area starts at 1:30 a.m.

Oh My God! I just started watching Shanghai Knights right now ad do you know who I see? Anna-Louise Plowman practically sitting in Owen Wilson's lap as Debutante #1 (psssssht She looks like more like a Saloon girl)! That's right Sarah Gardner herself!

Is this toy really necessary? What are they trying to do teach kids how to text right out of the cradle? I know it just looks like a toy blackberry the thought of kids learning THAT soon to learn how to use one gives me the willies!

What happened to cool learning toys like the Speak and Spell and the VTek Computron (It was meant for younger kids but it helped me with my spelling just as much as my speak and spell. I credit both for great spelling sense (most of the time. the rest of the time it's an unfamiliar word, typo or something spell check didn't pick up) I picked up my love of reading , in oh...second grade (about the same time I fell in love with Ancient Egypt, via pictures of treasure from King Tut's tomb)


My parents were always buying me learning toys and suck. I had terrible eye/hand coordination and so along came a mini Ms. Pac-man game and then later Concentration (fit in all the pieces before the timer buzzes and throws up all your pieces!) (And over HALF the time I caught Mom and/or Dad taking over my Ms. Pac-Man! Gah! Parents!)

Ah, I miss the good old days sometimes. I miss my computron so much *heh*

Am I the only one who is on pins and needles while waiting for the next update of The Forsaken One on FF.N (Daniel/Vala? I really like the story and despite a few flaws I think that it's a a rather excellent fic. Gah! The waiting is torture! Hmm maybe I should read a little more of that SG-1 book (Relativity) I happened to find yesterday? It's not the book I would've chosen ("Siren Song" or "Survival of the Fittest" not a fan of the Roswell summary despite it having Cam and Vala so I'll skip that) but all the others were Atlantis books and I'm not a huge Atlantis fan! ...maybe if Daniel and/or Vala were to show...then maybe. (UGH! I just realized they had Blood Ties there and I didn't even THINK to read the summaries of the Atlantis books..bad bad BAD me. Next time I'm in that book store...it's MINE)
